All kitchen appliances comes with 1 Year Warranty. If the kitchen appliance is under the warranty period and have problem, please bring the kitchen appliance and the tax invoice to either Box Hill, Footscray or Springvale store to get repair. If the massage product is over the warranty period, we are still able to repair for you but cost apply.
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, collision, flood, rain, electrical surge or storm.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation by an unauthorised installer.
- If the product is used for commercial purpose or used in excess of the normal domestic duty cycle.
- Damage from tampering or attempted repair by a person other than an authorized Service Provider.
- An injury or damage to person or property.
We will only consider exchange if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
