What is the warranty period?

All kitchen appliances comes with 1 Year Warranty. If the kitchen appliance is under the warranty period and have problem, please bring the kitchen appliance and the tax invoice to either Box Hill, Footscray or Springvale store to get repair. If the massage product is over the warranty period, we are still able to repair for you but cost apply.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

Warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, collision, flood, rain, electrical surge or storm.
  2. Damage caused by incorrect installation by an unauthorised installer.
  3. If the product is used for commercial purpose or used in excess of the normal domestic duty cycle.
  4. Damage from tampering or attempted repair by a person other than an authorized Service Provider.
  5. An injury or damage to person or property.

We will only consider exchange if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).

What is your refund and return policy if the product I purchase is not suitable for me?
  • We do not accept refund and return if you change your mind. Please test out the product before purchase.
    What if I change my mind?
    • For health and hygiene reasons, JOYOUNG kitchen appliances are not eligible for a change of mind return.
    What if the product I ordered arrives damaged or faulty?
    • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let the Customer Service Team know instantly by calling us on 03 9841 8689 or email: Lpenjoy@hotmail.com.
    Is free shipping apply to me?
    • Free shipping is only available in Melbourne Metro Area. If you live outside of Melbourne Metro Area, charges apply.
    How long does it takes for my order to be delivery?

     

    • Once the order is placed, we will review, process and arrange delivery within 7 days if the item is in-stock. We will call you one day before delivery to arrange for delivery time.
    How much is the shipping cost?
    • After selecting the product that you wish to purchase, you can get the shipping cost by entering your postcode on the product page. The final shipping cost for your order can be viewed during checkout and may change depending on additional items that you have added to your shopping cart.
    Can I pick up rather getting it delivered?

     

    • Yes, you can. You can pick up at any of the three stores:

    What is your customer service operating hours?

     

    • Office Hours: 10am to 5:30pm (Monday to Sunday). Closed on Public Holiday.
