What do I do if I have a massage product needs to be repaired?
  • Please email us at Lpenjoy@hotmail.com with the photos and word description of the problem that we can identify the problem and solution right away. Kindly send us your Tax Invoice so that we can identify which customer you are. Our technician will contact you soon.

    For Small Massage & Kitchen Products (including Massage Pillow, Massage Hammer, Foot Massager, Rocking Massage Chair, Slim Belt, Joyoung Soy Milk Maker and Joyoung Noodle Maker), please bring it to our store to get repair. For All Massage Chairs (excluding Rocking Massage Chair), please call us on 03 9841 8689 or email us at Lpenjoy@hotmail.com your problem of your massage chair with photo and description.
What are the charges I have to pay if the product is out of warranty period?
  • Product repair charge varies for products and will be informed when our technical department do a preliminary assessment. If spare parts are required to facilitate the repair, the technician will inform you of the spart part charges before commencing the repair with your consent.
Can I purchase spare parts to do my own repair?
  • In an effort to maintain the quality of our products, the company does not sell spare parts directly to customers without a product evaluation by our technicians. Likewise, we do not recommend repairs by non-authorized personnel. Do note that any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty of your product. We take pride in serving you so please let us know directly if you require assistance .
What should I do if my massage product is having a problem?
  • You can refer to the Operation Manual for the possible causes and trouble-shoot actions. If the problem persists, please call us on 03 9841 8689 or email us at Lpenjoy@hotmail.com with description and photos of the issue (If Possible) that we can identify the problem and solution right away. Kindly also include your Tax Invoice in the email that our technical department will contact you as soon as possible to arrange in-house repair (only for big massage chair, excluding Rocking Massage Chair). All other small massage and kitchen products (including Massage Pillow, Massage Hammer, Foot Massager, Rocking Massage Chair, Slim Belt, Joyoung Soy Milk Maker and Joyoung Noodle Maker), please bring it to our store for repair.
What if the product I purchase is not working or having problem the first time I use it?

  • No, all massage product does not need a service unless it has problem.

What are your customer service operating hours?

 

  • Office Hours: 10am to 5:30pm (Monday to Sunday). Closed on Public Holiday.
How long does it take for my order to be delivery?
  • Once the order is placed, we will review, process and arrange delivery within 7 days if the item is in-stock. We will call you one day before delivery to arrange for delivery time.
Can I order a massage chair and have it delivered at later date?
  • Yes, you can order a massage chair first and have it deliver to you at a later date. If you purchase in-store, please let our staff know your special request before purchasing. If you purchase on our website, please email us before making purchase.
What is your refund and return policy if the product I purchase is not suitable for me?

 

  • We do not accept refund and return if you change your mind. Please test out the product before purchase.
